Hi, I’m Caro (or Caroline if you’re my mom – hi mom 👋️). I’m a graphic designer with a background in business, using this unique skillset to create strategic and considered design solutions. In addition to my creative skills and highly developed aesthetic sense, I have diverse experience across marketing, community development, event planning, sales, creative direction, and people management. These skills allow me to approach design holistically – considering not just aesthetics, but also the wider business implications.

CV

I was the Graphics team project lead on the experiential design project, The Joke Shop at the Selfridges Corner Shop. Working in close collaboration with the creative vision, brand voice, visual projects, and visual merchandising teams, I was responsible for managing the design within the space, not only developing creative concepts and artworking the graphics for the space, but also ensuring all of the design produced for the project was in line with the concept and visual identity.

This involved a range of formats from design of the exterior shop façades, to ticketing devices, posters, navigational graphics, signage, and large format design. The Joke Shop has received great praise both internally from directors and executives, and externally from customers and the press.
