I was the lead designer for Selfridges’ first own-label coffee shop in the Oxford Street Foodhall. The project involved developing the coffee shop identity and translating it across packaging, signage, wayfinding, and more.
The project required extensive relationship management across a number of internal and external stakeholders including retail design teams, product suppliers, production managers, architects, and internal directors.
Alongside the coffee shop project, I redesigned the Selfridges Foodhall identity to better align with the current brand guidelines.
The yellow cup (inspired by the infamous yellow bag) has already been hailed as a new Selfridges icon.
